Right after you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Our payment are hosted by save dedicated companies such as paypal for us dollar and Payfast for South Africa. Payments will be manly approved for productions and shipping to commence.
All our posters are printed on demand in order to ensure great quality, minimize waste, and be environmentally conscious. Therefore, poster orders take 3-4 business days to be processed before being shipped out. Orders for all in-stock frames are processed within 1-2 days before being shipped out. We also do our framing by local South African companies to support the artist and gallery communities.
When we’ve packaged your order and it leaves our warehouse, we notify you by email and give you the tracking number. Please note that once your order is processed, we cannot change or cancel your order, nor reroute it to a new address.
Once the order has been processed, your order is shipped. It will takes approximately 2-4 business days to get to you. We use the services of DHL international shipments and Courier Guy for south African shipments.
Please add 7 business days for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military bases and the Virgin Islands. Shipping time cannot be guaranteed at peak periods.
We currently offer all our products internationally and can be ordered online and choose your us currency to purchase with paypal.
International orders are shipped and take 7 to 12 business days to arrive. Delays for international orders can, of course, vary from country to country.
For international orders, DHL calculate your order via size of the product. Note that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes charged to you at delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to supply estimated duties, taxes, and customs charges as this information will vary by country.
Please note that if your order is refused at customs, you will be held responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package. If your order is returned to us because you did not collect it at the carrier’s office or at the post office, the package will be returned to us and you will be charged a shipping and handling fee of $25.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. After this period, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Please note that we apply a return fee of $9,aswell as shipping back to the Wearhouse. but you won’t have to pay anything extra: this fee will be deducted directly from your refund!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will need you to notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will require a receipt or proof of purchase with the order number, the item numbers that are being returned, as well as your name, your email address and the reason for your return. We will provide you with an already stamped return slip, which you will simply have to put on your carefully packed package, and deposit it in one of our partners mentioned on the slip.
There are certain situations where refunds are not possible:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit of the amount of your returned items – minus the $9. return fee – will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that the shipping fees will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
At this time, we don’t have a direct exchange process in place. If you feel you need to swap the item for another, you can simply request a return on the item you wish to change to get a full refund and place a new order, or just contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
