Can I request a custom frame size or style?
Yes! If you’re looking for something unique — such as a specific frame size, wood tone, or finish — we offer custom orders through our online questionnaire. Just head to our Custom Order Form and fill out your preferences. You’ll receive a personalized quote via email within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer a framing service for previously purchased prints?
Yes we do, we do prefer to frame artwork purchased directly from our store. However, you can always request a custom frame order using our Custom Order Form if you’d like a frame-only solution that complements a print you already own.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All pieces are made-to-order. Framed prints typically ship within 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines vary by destination
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your delivery every step of the way.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Since our products are custom-crafted, we begin production shortly after confirmation.

Do your frames come with glass?
We use high-quality gallery-grade Plexiglass/ acrylic glass by Rohm— lightweight, UV-protective, and shatter-resistant, perfect for safe shipping and long-term preservation.
Can I order prints unframed?
Yes, most of our artwork is available as unframed prints. This gives you the flexibility to frame them locally or in a style of your choosing.
Can you print and frame my Artwork/photograph ?

How should I hang my frame?
All frames come with ready-to-hang hardware. We recommend using wall anchors for heavier pieces and placing them away from direct heat or damp areas.
What kind of wall hooks should I use?
All frames come with ready-to-hang hardware. For heavier pieces or gallery walls, we suggest using wall anchors or picture hooks suited to your wall type (drywall, plaster, concrete, etc.).
Will the acrylic glass scratch or yellow over time?
Our acrylic glass is Premium-grade, offering UV protection and long-lasting clarity. While it’s more durable than regular glass, avoid abrasive cloths or sharp objects to prevent scratches.
How can I keep my art from fading?
To preserve vibrancy:
